CA Immo increases bond size with domestic backing

CA Immo sold €140m of seven year senior unsecured bonds at 99.882 to yield 1.9%, with a 1.875% coupon. Initial price talk was set at 2.25%, then tightened to a 1.875%-2.125% guidance range. The notes have a 249.3bp spread over the 2021 Bund.
